How to Access Telemedicine.

Step 1

Members can visit member.dialcare.com/membereligibility or call (855) 335-2255 to create and register their account.

Step 2

A member will fill out their medical history. Any dependents over 18 will have their own medical profile and be required to fill out their own medical history. The member's medical history is required before they can consult with a doctor.

Step 3

Members can request a video or telephonic consult either online, over the phone or through the mobile app.
